I was a bit apprehensive about uploading this particular post, but it’s a true story about how miracles can happen and it came from someone that I met on a course, regarding a close family member of his.
In 2004, I attended my first Spiritual Healing session of a three year course. Joanna was our teacher and she got us all to sit round in a circle so that we could introduce ourselves and say a little bit about why we were on this particular course.
There was around twelve of us there. Most people were like myself, they had heard of Spiritual Healing, or they wanted to further develop their knowledge of holistic therapies, or they were just interested in being a part of this group.
We all went round introducing ourselves, then it was time for the person at end of the circle to do the same. This is what he said…
“I am totally new to this kind of thing and never trained in any other therapies before, but I want to learn more about it.”
He went on to explain…
“My Mother was in hospital and the doctors gave her three days to live. Someone mentioned about getting her a Spiritual Healing session to help her with the transition over to the other side.”
While he was explaining this, the tears were rolling down his face. It was very emotional and you could hear a pin drop – the room was completely silent as we all held on to his every word.
This is what he told us…
“Three days after the Spiritual Healing session, my Mother walked out of the hospital and went back home leaving the doctors totally astounded by what had happened.”
These words were told directly from the mouth of this person in the group. A Spritual Healing session apparantly healed his Mother and allowed her to return home instead of passing to the other side as the doctors were suggesting.
In case you are not aware, Spiritual Healing is very similar to Reiki where the practioner directs the Universal energy onto the client. It is then up to the person’s own body to decide how to use it and where to direct it. The practitioner is only the vessel to pass on the energy and it’s up to the Universe to decide what can be done with it.
For a lot of people, this results in a deep relaxation, a feeling of well being, or they may sleep deeply throughout the treatment. Some people on the other hand may not feel any benefit from it, which means that it is a very individual thing.
Obviously, a practitioner will never make promises or suggest what the outcome will be. But on this one occasion, the Universe decided to intervene and prove that miracles can happen which resulted in the Mother of this person leaving the hospital alive and well when all hope had been lost. I was there to witness that story.
